The Pixel

A WIP for The Pixel Commission. This is 50% of the original size, blue and green is the colours they said, they didn't give much to work by apart from they wanted a 3D element and some vector work put in.

Give me your views on what you think to it so far.

well from a first glance, the piece as a whole is rather monochromatic really. your focal point is way too powerful...tone that down if possible...and some of your vector elements are neat, but if you are doing the vector thing, then use more of the curl/bird elements so what you have now doesn't seem out of place. try some anti-aliasing on your renders too...or if you do already...don't use the sharpen filter on the outside edges of your render, it makes it look a bit choppy.

I don't like it.. the focal isn't properly executed and the random lines look bad... The piece is very monotone and the name is pretty common. Also the way you put it together isn't that original these days anymore.

Don't like this. It has too much white. Boring to look at imo. the green colour is nice:)

Remember these:

- It's a WIP
- The Pixel isn't the title, it's there because that's who I'm making it for
- It's not that monotone
- It's not really random lines
