I made this tutorial because a friend of mine requested it, it's to teach you how to set up the brush effects to get a nice star dust / sparkle effect - always goes a little bit more.

Also, please comment on the structure of the tutorial, is it laid out ok? If not then next tutorial will be done differently.}
